RESUME
Chip et Ovi se sont rencontrés dans un orphelinat près de Cluj-Napoca, en Roumanie, alors qu'ils étaient encore adolescents. Ils sont tous les deux handicapés : Ovi est né avec des malformations aux bras, et Chip a une jambe très abîmée par la polio. Leurs mères les ont abandonnés avec leur acte de naissance en poche peu de temps après leurs naissances. Ils ont été éduqués dans des orphelinats d'état. Ils vivent en couple depuis un an et demi, et essaient de mener une vie normale, de surmonter leurs handicaps, la discrimination sociale, la pauvreté, les problèmes de couple et la difficulté de trouver un emploi... Sans oublier de vivre leurs rêves : Chip veut devenir vendeur de pétrole au Texas et Ovi caméraman professionnel...
Chip and Ovi met in an orphanage near the city of Kluj-Napoca in Romania during their teenage years. They are disabled, Ovi was born with disabilities in his arms and Chip has a severely damaged leg from polio. Their mothers left them with their birth certificates a short time after giving birth and they have lived their formative years at state orphanages. They have been a couple for the past year and a half and they are trying to live their lives, overcome their disabilities, social discrimination, poverty as well as the problems in their relationship, find jobs and live their dreams: Chip wants to be an oilman in Texas and Ovi a professional cameraman...

LE REALISATEUR
Panagiotis Evangelidis. He was born in Athens. He is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens. He lives and works there as a translator (languages include Japanese, Spanish, English, French).
He has published 3 works of fiction and is currently completing his fourth book.
He has co-written scripts for film, including the features “The Attack of the Giant Mousaka”, “Real Life” and “Strella” with Panos Koutras and “Fog under the sun” with Nikos Lygouris.
In 2007 he directed his first documentary film “Chip and Ovi”.
